Independant Front Suspension Empty Independant Front Suspension

I read an article at chevytrucks.org about putting an AMC Pacer front end assembly under a 1950 chevy p/u. Has anyone heard of doing this to a ford?. The conversion sounded relatively easy and didn't lower the front as bad as the mustang or volare. I'm just getting ideas for now. I have a 1960 shortbed that I bought 25 yrs ago and I'm gathering parts and ideas to hotrod it.

Hello I have never heard of that but it may be possible. Maybe you can check on the HAMB or our truck group on Facebook. There is 1069 members and one of them may have seen it done. Here's a link to both. Bill
