kick panels and ventilation assembly

There is something that i haven´t seen in any pic, and actually i need.
Last year i bought on ebay, the complete assembly of kick panels for my truck, which unfortunately have been "cancelled" because of the dust on the farms here in my country.
As my truck became a weekend vehicle in the city, I want to bring them back to life again, but i am not sure how should i or someone install them.

Please if anybody did it, please help me!

Can you post photos of the vent assemblies and the area that is "cancelled"?
Just a thought. Maybe all that you need to do is remove the panels and screw the vents on.
