Hello from Canada!

I'm a "northern cousin" with Mercury Panel truck. Had the truck for 20+ yrs and still haven't got it on the road! Need some help identifying the correct model year. The truck was built in Oakville and has a VIN 26486A-5821010ZL. The truck is registered as a 1957 but the front end looks more like a 1960. I haven't been able to find a VIN decode for this truck. Ford Canada was unable to help. Hope someone can point me in the right direction.
